Sukeroku Taiko was the first Kumi-Taiko group in Japan to use "Naname Dai", the traditional Bon Taiko style of placing the drum diagonally on a stand, instead of flat on the ground. This stand is now known as the "Sukeroku Dai (stand)" and is incredibly popular in Japan and all around the world.

Sukeroku Daiko instructs children and people of all ages at their school in Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo.
